Victory Collegiate Consulting to team with South Jersey Elite Soccer Club in college recruiting advisement initiative.

 

Chadds Ford, Pa. – Tom Kovic, current director of Victory Collegiate Consulting has developed a connection with Don Dambra, director of  South Jersey Elite Soccer Club in Mantua, NJ. The goal of this pair is to develop a unique college recruiting component to one of the best premier soccer programs in South Jersey.

Kovic who is a former 19 year college coach at The University of Pennsylvania, launched Victory Collegiate Consulting in 2006 as an educational advisement service for student-athletes and families who are preparing for the college search.

“As an advisor to families and prospective student-athletes throughout the country, I am privileged to assist athletes and their families in navigating the college quest with confidence. Meeting Don was a perfect example of being in the right place at the right time. Don Dambra realized the need to extend his services to families beyond the soccer field and he possesses tremendous vision for the future of South Jersey Elite Soccer and Don defines the “brass ring” differently than most programs and by using the 4 year college experience as the benchmark.”

The aim of the program is to provide South Jersey Elite families and athletes with a variety of resources in an effort to assist them in building a college recruiting foundation as they launch their personal plans for the college search. Through group seminars, individual family meetings and a variety of advisement plans, the SJE community will begin to build a solid educational foundation of college recruiting information that will continue to build into a more dedicated and personally planned effort as the athletes begin executing their specific college recruiting plans for success.
