SMALL-SIDED TRYOUTS

Looking for players to form NEW TEAMS at the U8, U9 & U10 Boys and Girls age groups.

SJ Elite Soccer Club will be hosting tryouts this winter to form small-sided (8V8) travel teams for the 2010 spring season.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

U8 GIRLS - Players born between 8/1/01 - 7/31/02
U9 GIRLS - Players born between 8/1/00 - 7/31/01
U10 GIRLS - Players born between 8/1/99 - 7/31/00
U8 BOYS - Players born between 8/1/01 - 7/31/02
U9 BOYS - Players born between 8/1/00 - 7/31/01
U10 BOYS - Players born between 8/1/99 - 7/31/00

Players born after July 31, 2002, the U7 age group and below, are not eligible to play travel league soccer.

What: Looking for players that are interested in playing travel soccer for the spring season. Teams will be trained and coached by a professional player/coach, who will focus on teaching the kids the proper fundamentals and learning the game in a fun but structured manner.

What’s included in our program:

  - Instructor fees for training sessions and league games.
  - Facility fees for all training sessions
  - Registration fee for league
  - 2 Tournaments
  - Referee fees for league
Cost: $400 per player (Not including the uniform)

Tryout Information:

When: Monday, November 30th & Wednesday, December 9th

Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm

Tryout Fee: $10 (to cover the expense of the facility)

Additional Tryout Information:

 - Any player interested in attending a tryout for a Spring Travel Team is required to complete an online registration form (See below). This is required so we know how many players are interested in each particular age group for staffing purposes.

  - Tryout fee is $10 per player for each tryout session. Participant may pay cash when checking-in at the tryout.

  - Teams will consist of a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 14 players.

  - We will consider carrying more than one team per age group if we have enough players.

  - Dates & Times of tryouts are subject to change.

  - Players MUST wear flat bottoms (indoor shoes) during the tryout sessions. Outdoor “spikes” will not be permitted on playing court.
