We are committed to playing the game properly by respecting the rules and our opponents. We focus on developing a professional training envornment that will allow the players to learn in a fun way. We emphasize technique and encourage the players to use their own creativity on the field with the ball. We emphasize discipline and structure on and off the field and believe in positive reinforcement to build self-esteem.

The SJ Elite Vipers are currently looking for 1-2 skilled players to complete their roster for the 2009-2010 season. The team will be playing in JAGS and also compete in some of the most challenging and prestigious tournaments on the East Coast.
